Chocolate Museum Eupen
You can't miss it… As soon as you get out of your car on the car park in the industrial area of Eupen, all your senses will be alerted with a sweet and sugary smell. You just know you are at Chocolaterie Jacques, a chocolate factory since 1896.
While the hot chocolate, with its exquisite smell, constantly spurts out of the chocolate fountain, you are invited for a trip through the rich world of chocolate. Try the amazing biscuits coated with chocolate. You will discover the different steps in the treatment of cocoa, starting in the land of origin up to the expedition to the chocolate factories. You will get to know the different aspects in the development of cocoa products through the ages.
Standing on a bridge in the factory, you can check out the production process of chocolate sticks and bars at Chocolaterie Jacques. All kinds of chocolate products are available in the shop, the Chocolate House.
Museum, factory and shop are wheelchair accessible.
