The municipality of Manhay in the province of Luxembourg is really the green heart of the Belgian Ardennes. Here you will find the Parc Chlorophylle, where children in a playful way get to know a whole lot about the Ardennes nature. Manhay is just a half an hour’s drive away from Durbuy and La Roche-en-Ardenne, two beautiful little towns in the region. During the winter months many thousands of (cross-country) skiers head out to the area, especially Baraque Fraiture, one of the highest points in the country.
Lierneux is a small place in the south of the Belgian province of Liège. It is well known for its many fishing opportunities, but even more for the great ski tracks. It is one of the best places for winter sports in Belgium. From your holiday cottage in Lierneux, you are just around 45 minutes away from Malmedy and Durbuy, two of the most beautiful spots in the region of the Belgian Ardennes.
The village of Dochamps is part of the municipality Manhay in the province of Luxembourg. It is located in the green heart of the Belgian Ardennes at just a half an hour’s drive from Durbuy, the ‘smallest city in the world’, and about fifteen minutes from La Roche-en-Ardenne, another great Ardennes town. The region, with Baraque Fraiture as the most important spot, is famous for its winter sports. So cross-country skiers know where to go next winter.
