Warfaaz is a tiny place in the province of Liège, in the breath-taking Belgian Ardennes. It is known thanks to the lake, the Lac de Warfaaz. One can enjoy a day of fishing or floating around on a pedalo on a sunny summer day. Warfaaz is located at the edge of the High Fens, one of the most astonishing nature parks in the country, and just a few minutes from Spa and Malmedy, two delightful Ardennes cities.
Theux is a municipality in the Belgian province of Liège and is best known for its impressive municipal building and the many 17th and 18th century houses. The amazing Franchimont castle also is to be found in Theux. Malmedy, one of the most beautiful cities in the Belgian Ardennes, is located at around 30 kilometres from Theux. And Durbuy, another must in the region, is just a 45-minute drive away.
