When you book with Ardennes-Etape, you have the possibility of taking out rental damage insurance as well as cancellation insurance.

RENTAL DAMAGE INSURANCE (Optional)

This insurance covers you for any unintentional damage caused to your holiday home. The premium is 3% of the total price for your rental with a minimum of 12.5 euro. The maximum amount is 1250 euro per booking. For more information, don’t hesitate to consult the general terms and conditions of this insurance.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE

This insurance covers the cancellation fees for a stay or reimburses you if your stay is cut short due to a death, serious illness…The premium is 7.5% of the total price of the stay, with a minimum of 15 euro. This insurance is obligatory if the rental price is over 500 euro.

In order to offer you a more and more effective service, Ardennes-Etape has developed a unique protection system in case of cancellation.

After your booking, you can give us the contact details of the different heads of family making up your group, and this within 7 days after you've received the confirmation of your reservation. This way, you extend the cover of the cancellation insurance to all the members accompanying you.

In practical terms, this means that if you or someone else in the group has to cancel his/her holidays for one of the reasons covered by the cancellation insurance, that insurance will be activated. (Previously, only the person who made the booking was covered by the insurance.)
