What are the payment terms?

Payment for your stay is made either in one instalment at the time of booking or in two instalments, one after booking and another 8 weeks before your stay, if it was booked well in advance.
If your stay starts in 8 weeks or less, you must pay for your booking upon confirmation.
If your stay takes place in more than 8 weeks, you can pay in two instalments

  1. You pay an advance payment within 5 days of confirming your booking. This payment corresponds to 30% of the rental price + administrative costs + any insurance. 
  2. You pay the balance 8 weeks before the start of your stay.

Charges and deposit
In some cases, you will have to pay a deposit to Ardennes-Etape by bank transfer. In others, you hand over the deposit directly to the owner.
Likewise, charges are sometimes paid before your stay (if they are fixed). Other times charges are payable on site, which can be calculated according to a fixed price, according to consumption or market prices. If charges are not paid in advance, they must be paid on site to the owner.

Tip

  • You can pay for your Ardennes-Etape stay by bank transfer or online, by card (by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Bancontact, Ideal, KBC Online, CBC Online).
  • Ensure that you are on time and have paid. Find in your Customer Space, according to the recommended deadlines, all the steps you have to complete before your holiday.
