I have a problem paying online, what should I do?

  • The error message you are getting 
  • the stage in which this message appeared. 

Our advice 

  1. In some cases, you will need to validate the transaction using a card reader, a digipass or another system specific to your bank.  
  2. Check that the amount to be paid is within the limit of your bank card. 
  3. Payment by bank transfer can be a good solution in case of a blocked card.
