I haven't received my credit voucher.

Don’t panic! If force majeure applies to your case, you’ll automatically receive the credit voucher by e-mail. This voucher is automatically added to your customer space in the ‘My Gift Vouchers’ section. 

Therefore, please check your e-mails and, if necessary, look in your spam folder. It’s even simpler to log in to your customer account and visit the ‘My Gift Vouchers’ section.

Have you done this and still cannot find your credit voucher? 

That means your case is still being reviewed by Ardennes-étape. You should receive an answer from our teams soon. We are doing our best to process your query as quickly as possible.

If your situation qualifies as force majeure, you will receive your credit voucher by e-mail very soon. You can also visit the ‘My Gift Vouchers’ section in your customer space. 

When you make your next booking, during payment, simply select your credit voucher as a payment method. N.B. You should NOT enter your ‘credit voucher’ into the ‘do you have a discount code’ box during the booking process, but when you pay for your booking.

Find all the information relating to your vouchers in the “My benefits” section under the “Gift vouchers” tab in your Customer Space.
