We process queries by holiday date, from the closest to the furthest away in time, and we do everything we can to provide suitable answers as soon as possible.With this contact form, you can send us all your questions, comments, information and complaints concerning your holiday search, booking, customer account, payments and any specific Covid-19 measures. Please attach all the supporting documents and legal evidence required for your query to be processed. This will save us precious time. Rest assured that absolutely all queries will be processed.
