Museum - December 1944
The Museum December 1944 is situated in La Gleize, where the Germans lost the Battle of the Bulge in 1944.
The museum was renovated in 2013 and dedicated 1000 m² to a chronological tour, handling a turning point in history, the failure of the German offensive in December 1944.
This luxurious museum that is partially located in a historical house, offers visitors the opportunity to discover one of Europe's most important collections; a large amount of material that has been retrieved from the battle field.
The tour starts with an impressive encounter: 69 tons of steel, a Royal Tiger tank. This is the only exhibited battle remain in Europe that took part in the Battle of the Bulge.
