Beaumont

Beaumont is a Belgian city in the province of Hainaut. It is located just next to the French border, south of Charleroi. The city is mostly known for the 11th century Salamander Tower (Tour Salamandre) and the Saint-Julien chapel. But it will just as well please food lovers. The macarons (cookies) from the area are just delicious! Beaumont is located at less than an hour's drive from Dinant, one of the most beautiful cities of the Belgian Ardennes.
