This little city is a beautiful piece of Belgian Ardennes and a holiday cottage in Beauraing is the perfect place to take off on a hike, a mountain bike trip... There are obviously also kayaks for rent in the area. Dinant, Rochefort and Bouillon are just three of the beautiful Ardennes hotspots close to Beauraing.

Givet [7km]

Givet is a small place in the north of France, next to the Belgian border on the river bank of the Meuse. It is situated in the green region of the French Ardennes and has many mountain bike routes on its territory. Zeer rustig gelegen, zeer knus ingericht huisje. De ontvangst was perfect en hartelijk. Alle luxe aanwezig in het huisje zoals bubbelbad, tv met Netfix, goed draadloos internet. Mooi terras met goed meubilair.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad. We zijn vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen alle info die we nodig hadden. De pelletkachel maakte de woning nog gezelliger.

Door werkzaamheden aan de weg helaas geen wifi tijdens het verblijf maar daar konden de eigenaars niks aan doen. Daardoor geen Netflix en enkel Franse posten. Verder zeer gezellig en verzorgd huisje.

Chalet très agréable, cosy, authentique, chaleureux, bien équipé et moderne. Le poêle à pellet crée une ambiance agréable et paisible (chauffage électrique si grands froids). Toutefois, la vaisselle (casseroles et couverts) est limite, surtout pour 6 personnes. L'escalier est peu raide (pour des enfants). Deux lits à ras du sol. L'hôte est disponible et bienveillant pour les vacanciers. Le jardin clôturé est vraiment appréciable pour des enfants et ou animaux. A recommander.

We hebben met 6 personen en 3 honden genoten van dit gezellige vakantiehuisje. Het huisje is niet groot, maar voor een weekend was het prima te doen. Keuken is goed uitgerust en de omheinde tuin was erg fijn met de honden.

Heel vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaars. Leuk en gezellig huisje met afgesloten tuin. Alle comfort aanwezig. Ook een goed restaurant op 50m van het vakantiehuis. Een aanrader!!

Met onze twee honden een gezellige midweek beleefd in dit huisje. Onze twee Berners hebben een behoorlijke expertise opgebouwd in het vinden van openingen in de omheining maar hier hebben ze er geen gevonden. Mooi rustig wandelen in de omgeving en 's avonds relaxen in het massagebad met de pelletkachel die alles lekker warm en gezellig houdt.

Gezellig houten huisje op een rustige, maar vlot bereikbare, locatie. We werden op het afgesproken uur goed ontvangen door de eigenaar in het Nederlands. Aangezien wij met 2 honden reisden waren we tevreden te zien dat de tuin hellemaal omheind is. Binnen is alles mooi verzorgd en aangenaam ingericht. De steile trap naar het bovenverdiep kan een probleem zijn voor mensen die minder te been zijn. In de winter moet je het doen met de pelletkachel. De eigenaar rekent €5/zak. Verbr.ong.1zak/dag.

Prachtige vakantiewoning. Vooral de volledig omheinde tuin was geweldig voor onze hond. Verder was de woning prima onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook het contact met de eigenaar was perfect. Vooraf ontvingen we een WhatsApp-bericht en via deze weg was hij ook steeds te bereiken. Een kleine vraag en er kwam direct passend antwoord. Zeker aan te bevelen!

Het is een zeer mooi en gezellig huisje. Alles wat we nodig hadden was er aanwezig. De pelletkachel zorgt voor een gezellige warmte in het huisje. De trap om naar de 2 kamers op de bovenverdieping te gaan vonden we soms wel wat gevaarlijk. De eigenaars bleven ook steeds bereikbaar voor vragen, dit is een grote meerwaarde.

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen man hat alles was man braucht. Es liegt in einem kleinen Ort ist ganz umzäumt...von Vorteil wenn man Hunde hat, da die sich ohne Aufsicht draussen amüsieren können.Ein Restaurant befindet im Ort. Einkaufmöglichkeiten gibt es im Nachbarort zur Genüge. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen,hatten ein paar schöne Tage!

Een heel leuk vakantiehuisje, proper en met een prachtige tuin en terras. Enige minpuntje: met uitzondering van een gezellig restaurant is daar niets in de buurt en moet je 6 km naar de dichtst bijzijnde winkel.

Fijne week gehad in deze chalet met een volledig omheinde tuin, deze was ideaal voor onze Golden Retriever. Contact met eigenaar verliep zeer vlot. Gelegen in een zeer rustige omgeving, ideaal vertrekpunt voor verschillende uitstappen zowel in België als Frankrijk. Woonkamer met open keuken voelt zeer ruim en is heel gezellig ingericht. Je voelt je er meteen thuis.

Rustig gelegen huisje, mooi ingericht. Ruim terras en grote omheinde tuin (honden!). Jammer genoeg ook wel wat minpunten: er zijn twee BBQ's maar de ene had een verroest rooster en de andere bevatte schimmel en vleesresten. Verder waren er ook een aantal dingen niet zo goed onderhouden. Hopelijk worden deze snel opgeknapt.

Wir hatten ein schönen Aufenthalt in ein gemütlichen Häuschen, allerdings für 4 bis 6 Erwachsene wirt es ein bisschen eng. Es liegt sehr nah an Frankreich, und es gibt genug Ausflugsziele. Gruss aus Weeze

Heel fijne gezellige woning. Alles was zeer netjes. De keuken was goed uitgerust. Het domein was goed omheind. Zelfs kleine honden kan je loslaten lopen in de tuin zonder je zorgen te moeten maken. Vlot contact met de verhuurders.

Mooi ingericht en vooral schoon huisje! Keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, woonkamer en eetkamer zijn ruim met pelletkachel die makkelijk te bedienen is. Goede bedden. Badkamer was ook netjes, miste alleen een ophangsysteem voor de douchekop. Buiten was ideaal voor onze windhond die lekker kon rennen in de volledig grote omheinde tuin tussen...
