Beautiful cottage for 15 people with sauna in Daverdisse

Located in a quiet village near Daverdisse, this historic building with a lot of charm is perfect for a stay of 15 people with its seven bedrooms, six bathrooms and a sauna.

Back in the day, this house used to be the forge of the village with its mill just opposite. Then, it became a bed and breakfast, and now finally it is a holiday home that can accommodate up to 15 people in an exceptional setting.

Wood, stone and metal are the materials that give an undeniable charm to this village house; as well as its old doors, its decoration and its location.

On the ground floor, you will find an equipped and spacious kitchen that is ideal for preparing your best dishes. It has nothing to envy the modern kitchens that we see today.

The dining room, located just next to the kitchen, has a large table that can accommodate 15 people. There are also some armchairs in a small corner.

The next room is the first living room, equipped with a wood-burning stove and a TV. There is also a second smaller living room that also has a TV. So there are two lounges, each with a television.

The tour continues with the garage, which has been converted into a games room with table football and a table for your little ones.

Then we go to the bedrooms. There is one on the ground floor with a private bathroom. The other bedrooms are on the first floor. In total, there are seven bedrooms and six bathrooms. Two different staircases give access to the bedrooms.

Outside, there is a beautiful large terrace that is perfect for enjoying the view of the large garden and the meadows behind it.

To keep busy, there is a petanque terrain and a trampoline for your children.

But that's not all, in the garden shed you will find a sauna with a shower. And the covered terrace at the front is ideal for relaxing after each session.

Located close to Daverdisse as well as to Graide and Redu, this area is ideal for going on a walk in the surrounding woods.

There are also many tourist attractions nearby. The Euro Space Center, the Domain of the Caves of Han, the petting zoo, and Baudet d'Ane, are just a few examples and there are several others.

Everything is there to please both young and old.

Authentiek Ardeens vakantiehuis met prachtige, enorme & kindvriendelijke tuin. Zeer ruime slaapkamers met propere badkamers. Heel fijn verblijf gehad!

Slaapkamer beneden was vochtig , klam en donker. Huis is wel sfeervol ingericht , maar wat donker en gehorig.. Er was ook lekkage van uit de badkamer in de eetkamer tijdens douchen.

Het huis is volledig in de prachtige authentieke stijl gelaten met dikke natuurstenen muren en houten vloeren. Het is dan ook belangrijk het douchegordijn goed te sluiten zodat de vloer droog blijft.

Heel gezellig vakantieverblijf voor een groep van 10 à 14 personen. Alles is er voorzien om zowel binnen als buiten te zitten. Mooi aangelegde tuin. Ruim assortiment aan potten en pannen, borden en glazen. In de directe omgeving zijn er fijne wandelingen te maken. Misschien een minpuntje: de keuken is wel erg klein en niet zo gerieflijk.

Maison située dans un coin charmant. La maison est adaptée aux grands groupes avec enfants. Il est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une pièce de vie plus grande. Nous avons passé un très bon week-end.

We waren er voor een weekend met 9 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Ruimte in overvloed, zeer gezellige eetplaats, ruime keuken, ruime kamers en nette badkamers. Door het slechte weer zaten we veel binnen en we liepen mekaar zeker niet voor de voeten.

Wij hebben heel erg genoten van ons verblijf. Super charmant karaktervol huis. Mooie ruime kamers met elk een eigen badkamer. De tuin is ronduit prachtig, onze kinderen hebben er veel plezier in beleefd. Heel fijn om 's avonds de rivier te horen stromen die achter in de tuin loopt. De locatie is perfect voor wie houdt van boswandelingen....
