This charming and lovely decorated vacation home is spread over two buildings and is situated in a vast and secluded area that is included in the NATAGORA nature reserves network. It is located on a steep hill overlooking the upper Meuse river. The extraordinary view reaches up to 40 kilometers. This old farm welcomes you to experience wonderful family holidays on which you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool (on about 40 meters from the house), the vast domain and tons of enchanting strolls in the nearby state forest.
Yvoir is a small countryside village in the province of Namur at the edge of the region of the Belgian Ardennes. There are many castles; evidence of a rich history. Furthermore, Yvoir is perfectly located to explore the wide area. Half an hour away is Namur, the capital of the Walloon region. Ciney, well known for its famous beers, is just as well very nearby. A great combination of nature and ardent city life.
Anhée is a quite large Walloon village south of the city of Namur. Farmland alternated with forest characterizes the landscape. And then there is the river Meuse flowing just next to the village. Anhée is located close to Dinant, where you can visit the citadel or go kayaking on the Meuse. Going into the other direction you get to Namur in no-time, where you spend an afternoon shopping and experience the night life afterwards. A holiday cottage in Anhée indeed ensures a great mix of peace and quiet and the big city.
Profondeville, close to the Meuse and in the Namur province, is a city where you can do all the shopping and sports you want. Here, you will find 120 km of hiking and cycling trails, a large sports complex, golf amenities, tennis... And on top of that, Profondeville is only 1 hour away from Durbuy, the smallest city in the world.
Navigate through the Meuse river and discover the Ardennes from a different angle. Rental of electric boats without navigating permit required is accessible for everybody and guarantees great moments with the family.
At Dinant Evasion, you will find the most amazing cruises on the Meuse river. Whether if you opt for 45 minutes, 2hours or 3hours, you will enjoy the Dinant sceneries either way!
In 1872, the Maredsous Abbey was built by monks of the Benedictine order in a Neo-Gothic style, in the valley of the river Molignée. It makes a great departure point for many hikes through this beautiful region.
